PRICE The price for this beautiful and interesting journey of five days is 329 euros per person. People who join the group at the Sky Plaza Hotel in London Heathrow just pay 279 euros per person. They are supposed to be at the hotel on Thursday morning at 8.00 A.M. (October 21st). This includes transportation, accommodation and breakfast. NOT included: lunches and dinners. Usually, the hotels offer an opportunity to buy a packed lunch. Drinks and other refreshments en route are also not included in the trip price. The barbecue at Tom Price will be approximately 10 euros per person. The price of 329 euros per person applies a shared 2-person room. The surcharge for a 1-person room is 100 euros. Women travelling alone may also choose to share a room with another lady. They'll be allocated a twin room, in that case no extra charge. PAYMENT 100 Euros within 1 week after registration, the rest by September 1, 2010. TIP Insure yourself at your own insurer against the risks of accidents and cancellation.
